Use this form to check the schedule for an appointment for pick up or drop off.  Submit this form at least 1 day before the date you wish to make the appointment for. Tuesday thru Friday from 9am to 11am are available. If you schedule a time with a conflict for me I’ll let you know. If you have to change the date – let me know so I can make other arrangements. When you are actually on the way I need to know your approximate ETA so I can secure the dog and open the gate. Never open the gate unless I am there.
